سَجَدَ وَجْهِي لِلَّذِي خَلَقَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ بِحَوْلِهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ، فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ

Sajada wajhi lilladhi khalaqah, washaqqa sam'ahu wabasarahu bihawlihi waquwwatih, fatabarakallahu ahsanul-khaliqin

My face has prostrated to the One who created it and brought forth its hearing and its sight by His might and His power. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.

اللَّهُمَّ اكْتُبْ لِي بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَجْرًا، وَضَعْ عَنِّي بِهَا وِزْرًا، وَاجْعَلْهَا لِي عِنْدَكَ ذُخْرًا، وَتَقَبَّلْهَا مِنِّي كَمَا تَقَبَّلْتَهَا مِنْ عَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ

Allahummaktub li biha 'indaka ajra, wada' 'anni biha wizra, waj'alha li 'indaka dhukhra, wataqabbalha minni kama taqabbaltaha min 'abdika dawud

O Allah, record for me a reward with You because of it, remove a burden from me because of it, store it up for me with You as a treasure, and accept it from me as You accepted it from Your servant Dāwūd.
