Allahumma inni 'abduk, ibnu 'abdik, ibnu amatik, nasiyati biyadik, madin fiyya hukmuk, 'adlun fiyya qada'uk, as'aluka bikullismin huwa lak, sammayta bihi nafsak, aw anzaltahu fi kitabik, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqik, awista'tharta bihi fi 'ilmil-ghaybi 'indak, an taj'alal-qur'ana rabi'a qalbi, wanura sadri, wajala'a huzni, wadhahaba hammi

O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand; Your judgement upon me is ever carried out, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that is Yours, with which You have named Yourself, or which You have sent down in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my breast, the dispeller of my sorrow and the remover of my worry.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubni, wadala'id-dayni, waghalabatir-rijal

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from the burden of debt and from being overpowered by men.

The Prophet ﷺ used to say this often.
