Barakallahu laka fil-mawhubi lak, washakartal-wahib, wabalagha ashuddah, waruziqta birrah. barakallahu laka wabaraka 'alayka, wajazakallahu khayra, warazaqakallahu mithlah, wa ajzala thawabak

May Allah bless you in the one given to you; may you give thanks to the Giver; may he reach full maturity; and may you be granted his devotion. — May Allah bless you and send blessings upon you, may Allah reward you with good, grant you the like of it, and make your reward abundant.

The second part is the reply of the one being congratulated.
