يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ
Yahdikumullahu wayuslihu balakum
May Allah guide you and set your affairs right.
The Jews used to sneeze in the Prophet's ﷺ presence hoping he would say "May Allah have mercy on you"; he would say this instead.
