No. Ahl al-Sunnah hold that whoever dies upon tawhid, even carrying major sins, is under Allah's will: He may forgive him outright or punish him for a period, but he will not abide in the Fire eternally. Allah says, "Indeed, Allah does not forgive that partners be associated with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills" (Quran 4:48), and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said that there will come out of the Fire whoever said "La ilaha illa Allah" and has in his heart good equal to the weight of a barley grain, then whoever has the weight of a grain of wheat, then whoever has the weight of an atom (Sahih al-Bukhari 44). Eternity in the Fire is for those who died upon disbelief and shirk. At the same time we neither declare a particular sinning Muslim a disbeliever — against the Khawarij — nor claim that sin does no harm, against the Murji'ah; and we do not guarantee Paradise or Hell for any specific individual.
