No — this is waswasah from Shayṭān, and the fact that it distresses you is itself a sign of īmān. Companions came to the Prophet ﷺ saying they found in themselves thoughts too grave to even speak aloud, and he said: "That is clear faith" (ṣarīḥ al-īmān) — meaning only a true believer recoils from such thoughts that way. The prescribed cure is not to argue with the thought or chase it down: the Prophet ﷺ said that when the questioning reaches "Allah created all things, so who created Allah?", the one who finds that in himself should say, "I believe in Allah," and stop there; and Allah commands that when an incitement from Shayṭān comes to you, you seek refuge in Allah (Quran 41:36). You are not sinful for a passing thought you neither invited nor acted upon; keep up your ṣalāh, your dhikr and beneficial knowledge, and it weakens with time.
