No. The Prophet ﷺ said: "The Friday prayer in congregation is a duty upon every Muslim, with four exceptions: a slave, a woman, a child, and one who is ill" (Sunan Abi Dawud 1067, graded sahih). A woman who does not attend simply prays Ẓuhr at its time in her home, and she incurs no sin for staying back. If she does attend the masjid, however, her Jumuʿah is valid and counts in place of Ẓuhr by the agreement of the four madhhabs, so she does not repeat the prayer; she should not be prevented from coming as long as she goes out modestly and without perfume.
