Yes, by Allah's grace, for those who die upon iman. Allah describes the reward of the believers as "Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants" (Quran 13:23), and He promises, "And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith — We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds" (Quran 52:21), which the scholars of tafsir explain as Allah raising those lower in rank to the level of those above them purely out of His kindness. Spouses are addressed directly: "Enter Paradise, you and your spouses, delighted" (Quran 43:70). But the bond that joins people there is faith, not blood — Allah said of Nuh's son, "Indeed, he is not of your family; indeed, his work was other than righteous" (Quran 11:46).
