Is there a specific du'a to recite for each circuit of tawaf?

No specific supplication is authentically fixed for each individual circuit; the booklets that assign a separate du'ā to circuits one through seven have no basis in the Sunnah, and designating them as an act of worship is a blameworthy innovation. In the detailed description of the Prophet's ﷺ Hajj narrated by Jābir, he touched the Black Stone and began, hastened in three circuits and walked in four, and when he came to the Maqām he recited "And take the Station of Ibrāhīm as a place of prayer" (Quran 2:125) (Sahih Muslim 1218). Ibn ʿAbbās reported that whenever the Prophet ﷺ came to the corner of the Black Stone he would point towards it and say "Allāhu akbar" (Sahih al-Bukhari 1632). The one reported set text within ṭawāf itself is between the Yemeni corner and the Black Stone: "Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire" (Quran 2:201), narrated from ʿAbdullāh ibn al-Sāʾib (Sunan Abi Dawud 1892, graded ḥasan). Apart from that, the pilgrim supplicates with whatever good he wishes, in any language, and engages in dhikr throughout.
