After completing wudu say: "Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that whoever performs wudu well and then says this will have the eight gates of Paradise opened for him, to enter by whichever he wishes (Sahih Muslim 234). Some add "Allahumma-j'alni min at-tawwabin waj'alni min al-mutatahhirin," an addition reported by at-Tirmidhi (55) which some scholars graded authentic and others considered weak, so it may be said without insisting upon it. There is no authentic du'a to be recited over each individual limb while washing it; those wordings are baseless and should be left.
