Surah Al-Humazah — The Traducer

وَيْلٌۭ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍۢ لُّمَزَةٍ ﴿١﴾

Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter, 104:1

ٱلَّذِى جَمَعَ مَالًۭا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ ﴿٢﴾

Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by, 104:2

يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخْلَدَهُۥ ﴿٣﴾

Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever! 104:3

كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِى ٱلْحُطَمَةِ ﴿٤﴾

By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces, 104:4

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْحُطَمَةُ ﴿٥﴾

And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces? 104:5

نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُوقَدَةُ ﴿٦﴾

(It is) the Fire of (the Wrath of) Allah kindled (to a blaze), 104:6

ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةِ ﴿٧﴾

The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts: 104:7

إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌۭ ﴿٨﴾

It shall be made into a vault over them, 104:8

فِى عَمَدٍۢ مُّمَدَّدَةٍۭ ﴿٩﴾
