No. The Prophet ﷺ forbade eating every beast of prey that has fangs (such as lions, wolves, dogs, and cats) and every bird that has talons (such as eagles, hawks, and falcons). This is the position of the majority of the scholars, taken directly from the authentic prohibition. So carnivorous hunting animals and birds fall outside what is lawful to consume.
