In principle yes, because Allah explicitly permitted the food of the People of the Book: "This day all good foods have been made lawful for you, and the food of those given the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them" (Quran 5:5). The majority of scholars therefore permit properly slaughtered meat from Jews and Christians. Scholars differ, however, over modern industrial slaughter where the animal may be killed by shock or drowning rather than by a cut, or where the name of Allah is deliberately negated over it; in such cases many contemporary scholars advise caution and eating what is certainly slaughtered lawfully.
