No — exposing the intimate life of the marriage is among the gravest breaches of trust. The Prophet ﷺ said that among the worst of people in rank before Allah on the Day of Resurrection is the man who is intimate with his wife and she with him, then he spreads her secret (Sahih Muslim 1437) — and what is forbidden to the husband is equally forbidden to the wife. This covers bedroom matters above all, and by extension the faults and private affairs a spouse only comes to know through the marriage, since Allah calls spouses garments for one another (Quran 2:187) — and a garment conceals. What is excluded is genuine need: seeking a fatwā or medical advice, consulting arbitrators from the two families to repair a dispute (Quran 4:35), or reporting real abuse to someone able to stop it.
