No. Birr al-wālidayn (kindness to parents) is obligatory, but obedience to any created being stops where disobedience to Allah begins, and there is no obedience in sin — obedience is only in what is right. Allah commands that even parents who push their child toward shirk are not to be obeyed, yet in the very same verses He orders the child to keep accompanying them in this world with kindness. So the practical rule is: refuse the sinful command gently, without harshness, insult, or cutting them off, and continue serving them in everything lawful.
