What reward is there for raising daughters well in Islam?

Islam raised the status of daughters at a time when they were despised and even buried alive, and it attached immense reward to raising them with kindness. The Prophet ﷺ said that whoever is entrusted with daughters and treats them well, they will be a shield for him from the Fire, and that whoever raises two girls until they reach maturity will be with him on the Day of Resurrection — and he joined his fingers together to show the closeness. Thus caring for, educating, and marrying off daughters well is among the great means of entering Paradise.
